Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Vexora Solutions Ltd provides IT consulting, web development, and digital marketing services to UK businesses.

2. Proposals

All work begins with a written, fixed-price proposal. No work commences without a signed or confirmed proposal.

3. Payment

All invoices are raised upon client acceptance of completed deliverables only. No deposits are required. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property created for the client transfers fully to the client. Until payment is received, all IP remains the property of Vexora Solutions Ltd.

5. Confidentiality

Vexora treats all client information as strictly confidential and does not share it with third parties unless required by law.

6. Revisions

Revision scope is defined in each proposal. Out-of-scope revisions are quoted separately and require written agreement before work commences.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vexora Solutions Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
