Vexora Solutions Ltd — Legal Documentation
1. No Deposit Model
Vexora does not charge deposits. Payment is only due after delivery and client acceptance of all agreed deliverables.
2. Quality Guarantee
If deliverables do not meet the agreed written specification, Vexora will remedy them at no additional cost.
3. Disputes
Any disputes must be raised in writing to andy@vexora-solutions.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
4. Cancellation
If a client cancels after work has commenced, a fair charge for work completed to date will be agreed in writing. No penalty fees apply.
5. Refund Processing
Agreed refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
